transactions between stakeholders.

Role Overview: The AVP – Institutional Relations will lead strategic collaborations, including the scoping
of business opportunities, documentation, revenue assessment, business closure, and continuous liaison
with the delivery team to ensure successful outcomes. This role will also drive engagement with major
institutional partners such as government bodies, large corporates, bilateral and multilateral agencies,
and NGOs. The role requires a deep understanding of Rural Development, Food and Agri Sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive institutional partnership in collaboration with government bodies, donors, corporates, and
development agencies.
• Lead proposal development, partnerships, and project execution to ensure client satisfaction,
compliance, and organizational visibility.
• Identify new opportunities, represent the organization in key forums, and guide the institutional
relations team toward achieving strategic objectives.
• Revenue Assessment and Revenue Management

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Postgraduate / MBA / PGDM in Business Administration, Agri-Business, Rural Management, or
related field.
• 7–10 years of experience preferably in Consulting Role – Institutional / B2B / Government Relations, preferably in Agri, Rural
Development, or Allied sectors.
• Proven record in business acquisition and managing high-value institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of institutional funding processes, RFPs, and partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, with strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills.
