Role Overview: We are seeking a highly strategic and result driven Regional Sales Manager – Telangana & AP, who
will lead the business operations across the region. This role demands a result driven professional with a strong
understanding of agri landscape of Telangana & AP with proven experience in scaling Agri-business solutions in
these states.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Drive revenue and profitability across different verticals
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the business footprint
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales, collection, and subscription targets

Channel Management

  • Build lasting relationships with distributors, retailers and other institutional players in the Agri value chain

Farmer Engagement & Market Development

  • Design and execute farmer outreach programs, field demonstrations, and meetings to drive adoption of
    digital and Agri solutions
  • Ensure regular feedback from farmers and field partners to improve product and service offerings

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Create and implement region-specific sales and business development strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance) for effective
    execution

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track sales performance metrics and report key insights into management
  • Drive efficiency through data-driven decision-making and use of CRM and analytics tools

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Agri-input, output marketing, and digital Agri solutions
  • Proven track record in achieving regional sales and business growth targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work closely with rural communities, FPOs, and government agencies
  • Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English
  • Proven track record of handling multi-district or state-level operations
  • Strong knowledge of the Agri ecosystem and market dynamics of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Agriculture, Agri-Business Management or related discipline
  • MBA / PGDM preferred
